SOLA Membership
Pathway to Membership
1) Complete an Enrollment Inquiry to begin the conversation. We will contact you to schedule a tour of SOLA’s campus. Thursday mornings
2) Complete & submit an application (linked below), pay $50 application fee (invoice sent once application is submitted).
3) Next, we will schedule a class visit for your child. We require that your child visit for a minimum of 2 full days, if classes are in session. During summer months or holidays, we will arrange an in-person meet and greet with faculty.
4) Once enrollment staff meet with the teacher and confirm your child is a good fit we will contact you to proceed with a membership conference to discuss finances and other requirements.
5) Finalize membership - complete our Membership Agreement, submit $150 enrollment fee & $375 materials fee. These fees are non-refundable.

2026/27 Tuition
Ages Birth-6: Early Childhood
Kinderforest 4 Full Days: Open to 4.5-6.5 year olds. 9:00am-3:00pm.
$9,800-$11,000 Sliding scale per annum. Monthly or bi-annual payment plans are available.
Kinderforest 4 Half Days: Open to 3-4.5 year olds, 9:00am-1:00pm
$7,300 Monthly or bi-annual payment plans are available.
Walking With the Light: Open to families/ parents and children ages birth to 3.5 years old. Offered in seasonal, 8-10 week sessions, Walking With the Light invites parents into sharing, stories, crafts, and outdoor explorations that connect the family as a whole to our work and create a vibrant community of care.
$350 per session.
Ages 7-12: Lower School
$10,300 Monthly or bi-annual payment plans are available.
Ages 13-18: Upper School - LORE
$11,200 Monthly and bi-annual payment options.
The fee schedules above (with the exception of Walking With the Light parent/child program) are based on each family’s contribution of 24 hours of service per year, August - July of each year. Parent service hours are valued at $25 per hour. Unmet service hours will result in a fee increase of $50 per month, or $600 per year.
Financial Assistance and Work-Trade may be available depending on the time of year - separate application(s) are required. Once you’ve been approved for membership you will be given the opportunity to submit these applications.

Sanctuary of Living Arts strives to create a healthy class culture & safe, harmonious learning environment for all SOLA students. SOLA expects parents, teachers, and students to engage caring, considerate & clear communications, and to uphold all established policies as defined in our Membership Guidelines. We are dedicated to serving a thriving community of families and learners with diverse learning styles and abilities. However, there may be circumstances in which a student's behavioral or developmental needs, or other issues extend beyond our capacities. In keeping with these considerations & intentions, all new families are subject to mutual, provisional approval for 15 days.
